We don’t conduct any tracking, profiling or analytics on our website.
We never disclose or share your data to anyone else.

Fuel collects basic personal data on:

• Clients - in order to deliver our service to them and for billing purposes only. Once they ceased to be a client, all data is destroyed after 18 months. Invoices are kept for accounting purposes and are stored securely at Fuel’s address (as above).
• Prospects – in order to communicate with them about their requirements i.e. proposal, quotation and follow up. If nothing comes of the relationship, i.e. they don’t become a client, all data is destroyed after 12 months.
• Suppliers – in order to pay them for their services it’s necessary to keep bank details. All bank details are kept within Cooperative Bank online banking and are not written down anywhere. Invoices are kept for accounting purposes and are stored securely at Fuel’s address (as above).
• Business contacts – in order to communicate with them about services, partnerships, networking and shared opportunities. If the relationship does not continue, all data is destroyed after 12 months.
